It has taken many years to accumulate all of your possessions. In this workshop we will look at why we think we need to hold onto items that have no meaning to us…just because we are afraid to let them go. Once we discuss the reasons behind all of your ‘stuff’, you will learn 10 simple steps to dealing with and not being overwhelmed by it. You will walk away with some different aspects on giving away, consigning, selling and/or just throwing out appropriate items, thereby freeing up your physical and mental space for a healthier and more joyful life.
